The former spice girl garnered a fan base in continent in the southern hemisphere when she became one of the judges for the hit reality show X Factor. Soon, Scary Spice will be one of the hosts of another talent search TV show Dancing With the Stars with Daniel Macpherson.

Mel B's husband and daughter are already feeling cozy in a Sydney eastern suburb until the singer finds a place to buy. Mel B put up a shop in the city and is really happy and settled. She just hopes that people will want her for a long time.

Last year, the Spice Girl was almost deported back to Great Britain when Australia's immigration officials investigated the British pop star's Australian work commitments after she revealed she had signed on as an ambassador for weight loss firm Jenny Craig in a deal said to be worth up to $150,000.

The guidelines state that international artists who enter the country to work on an Entertainment Visa (subclass 420) must successfully apply for further sponsorship if they undertake secondary work.

However, the issue was already resolved as Mel B's management met with the people from the department.
