‘Forza Horizon 3’ Blizzard Mountain DLC latest news & update: First major expansion tests driving skills, brings horde of new stuff
“Forza Horizon 3” Blizzard Mountain DLC has arrived on Xbox One and PC and it is the game’s first expansion. The DLC is set to make it extremely difficult for players and will test their driving skills as it will explore driving in blizzard conditions. Players have also been treated to a number of new super cars via the DLC.
The “Forza Horizon 3” Blizzard Mountain DLC has brought with it more race types such as Blizzard, Descent and Hill Climb. Also added are 50 new challenges and events and 28 new achievements worth 500 Gamescore. A complete list of what the DLC brings has been provided by Forza Motor Sport.

The video shows cars racing through a frozen lake and through someone’s backyard. Along with one Barn Find vehicle, the “Forza Horizon 3” Blizzard Mountain DLC has straightaway unlocked seven new cars. Tyre upgrades are also available if a player wants to race with a car from the base game, writes Game Spot.
The “Forza Horizon 3” Blizzard Mountain DLC is one of the two expansions slated to arrive to the game. Details about the other one have not yet been disclosed. Blizzard Mountain DLC is already included in “Forza Horizon 3's” US$35 (AU$46.72) expansion pass and can also be purchased separately for US$20 (AU$26.70).
The seven cars introduced in the “Forza Horizon 3” Blizzard Mountain DLC are 2016 Ford GYMKHANA 9 Focus RS RX, 1965 Ford F-100 Flareside Abatti Racing Trophy Truck, 1975 Lancia Stratos HF Group 4, 1985 Lancia Delta S4 Group B, 2016 Nissan Titan Warrior Concept, 2016 RJ Anderson #37 Polaris RZR-Rockstar Energy Pro 2 Truck and 2016 Subaru #199 WRX STI VT15r Rally Car.
The “Forza Horizon 3” Ultimate Edition for Xbox One is available on Microsoft Australia for $139.95 including GST. However, the game is currently out-of-stock.
