Fraiser star Kelsey Grammer is engaged to his British girlfriend Kayte Walsh. The British flight attendant is 26 years younger than Grammer, and if ever will become Grammer's fourth wife.

."Yes, they're engaged," a representative for Kelsey Grammar told People.

"They're very happy and very much in love. They never announced it because he wanted to be discreet and enjoy the good news privately."

The 29-year old Walsh got pregnant with Kelsey's child, but later had a miscarriage in the fall. But the 55-year olf Grammer won't be wedding Walsh anytime soon, as he is still undergoing divorce proceeding from Camiller, his third wife and who stars in the reality show Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

The actor split from Camille Donatacci earlier this year. Former Playboy model Camille filed for divorce in July citing irreconcilable differences as ground for the separation. The couple married in 1997 and have two children together, Mason Olivia, 8, and Jude Gordan, 5.
