‘Fresh Off the Boat’ season 3: Heather Locklear to guest-star, Courtney Thorne Smith to make a comeback
“Fresh Off the Boat” season 3 is on a two-week Christmas break currently. However, the American sitcom series will return on the small screens in January next year and fans are likely to see Heather Locklear in one of the forthcoming episodes titled “The Gloves Are Off.”
Heather Locklear’s role in ‘Fresh Off the Boat’
According to Entertainment Weekly, Heather Locklear will soon join the cast of “Fresh Off the Boat” season 3. The actress who was last seen in “Too Close To Home” will essay the role of Marvin’s (Ray Wise) former wife, named Sarah, who will blame Honey (Chelsey Crisp) for their broken marriage.
Professionally, Sarah will be a DJ who is working at the Radisson and also, at the glove counter of a department store. Perhaps, that is why the episode in which she is supposed to guest-star is named “The Gloves Are Off.”

Heather Locklear-starrer “Fresh Off the Boat” season 3 episode will reportedly air in February, according to Entertainment Weekly. The air date however is not certain as of now. The episode will be helmed by Fred Savage.
Courtney Thorne-Smith is also making a comeback
Furthermore, it is said that Courtney Thorne-Smith who earlier appeared on the show this year, will also make a comeback in the following instalment of "Fresh Off the Boat” season 3. She will be seen reprising her role as Huang family’s neighbor.
Interestingly, Heather Locklear and Courtney Thorne Smith have previously worked together in American primetime soap opera “Melrose Place.” It is not confirmed if the former acquaintances will share the screen space in the upcoming episode.
