“Furious 8” actor Jason Statham, 48, and “Mad Max: Fury Road” actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 28, who have been dating since April 2010, spent New Year’s Eve in Thailand. The two were spotted hitting the beach together in the country.

While in Thailand, Statham and Huntington-Whiteley walked along the sand and took a dip in the ocean. The actor and former diver was shirtless and wore a pair of swim trunks while the Victoria’s Secret model wore a Melissa Odabash bikini, according to Pop Sugar.

It is not the first time for Statham to visit Thailand. He is set to star in the action thriller movie “Mechanic: Resurrection,” which started filming on Nov. 4, 2014 in Bangkok. The film also stars Tommy Lee Jones, Sam Hazeldine, Michelle Yeoh, Jessica Alba, Natalie Burn and Rhatha Phongam. "Mechanic: Resurrection" was originally set to be released on Jan. 22. However, the release date is moved to Aug. 26, almost eight months before the release of “Furious 8.”

Set to be released on April 14, 2017, “Furious 8” will be directed by F. Gary Gray. Along with Statham as Deckard Shaw, the sequel will also feature Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris and Michelle Rodriguez reprising their respective roles as Hobbs, Dominic Toretto, Roman Pearce, Tej Parker and Lettie Ortiz Toretto.

Aside from “Mechanic: Resurrection” and “Furious 8,” Statham’s upcoming projects also include the TV series entitled “Viva La Madness.” The show is an hour-long action thriller wherein he's both star and executive producer.

On the other hand, the last film Huntington-Whiteley starred in was “Mad Max: Fury Road.” Released on May 15, 2015, the action sci-fi film also starred Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, among others.

Days before Christmas, Huntington-Whiteley was spotted strolling the streets of Los Angeles without Statham. She wore a winter ensemble paired with glittering drop earrings and darkened shades, according to Vogue.
