Future Music Festival 2014 Line-up: Deadmau5, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Phoenix to Perform

The much awaited and speculated line-up for the "Future Music Festival 2014" has been announced. The upcoming festival promises to enthrall the Australian music aficionadas like never before, and after two years of fiddling with retro acts, it is back to modern electronic dance time.

In addition to the already confirmed D&B and British band Rudimental, the official list of performers include Canadian Deadmau5, French Phoenix, American Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

Started in 2006, the "Future Music Festival" is one of the most awaited musical events despite two continuous years of lacklustre showings.

"Future Music Festival 2014" tour is scheduled to begin on March 02, 2014 in Brisbane at RNA Showgrounds and on March 02, 2014, it will stop at Perth at Joondalup Arena. Then it is Sydney's Royal Randwick Racecourse on March 08, 2014; Melbourne's Flemington Racecourse on March 09, 2014 and finally the music festival will wind-up at Adelaide Showgrounds on March 10, 2014.

"Yes, we're back," Rudimental band-mates Piers and Kesi said to MusicFeeds. "Future Music, those guys have supported us from the start. We can't wait to come back in March. We had such a good time. We met people like The Prodigy, hung out with Dizzee Rascal and The Stone Roses..."

"Future Music is one of the best festivals in the world. We've played though America, Europe, loads of festivals in the UK but Future is one of our favourites."

Tickets are supposed to be priced at around $160 and are expected to go on sale from October 1, 2013.
