Oddball singer Lady Gaga had fans all over the world holding their breaths when she collapsed on stage last March in New Zealand during her 'The Fame Monster' tour, prompting many to speculate her health. However, the singer, who revealed that she was recently tested for lupus, wants her devoted 'little monsters' not to worry about her health.

In an interview with The Times of London, Gaga said, "I have heart palpitations and... things but, it's OK. It's just from fatigue and other things."

The 24-year-old said her family has a history of lupus - a disease which causes the immune system to attack the body. Lupus had claimed a prominent and influential figure in Gaga's life, her aunt Joanne, whose spirit Gaga claims had helped her overcome a cocaine addiction and had died when she was only 19.

"I'm very connected to my aunt ... It's a very personal thing. I don't want my fans to be worried about me," she explained, saying that she had been tested for the disease as it can be genetic. "But I don't want anyone to be worried."

The singer also told the paper that she experienced a slight health scare recently while in Tokyo, probably one of many already reported since going on a worldwide tour.

"I was having trouble breathing," she said. "I had a little oxygen, [and] then I went on stage. I was OK. But like I say, I don't want anyone to worry."
