Fans were treated for a glimpse on their favorite shows, films and characters at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con. One of the most anticipated shows, "Game of Thrones," held a panel and answered queries from the audience.

Last Friday, "Game of Thrones" fans were treated for a panel discussion with some of the series' lead actors and actresses. Audience line up hours in advance to be able to hear the cast speak about the upcoming Season 3 of "Game of Thrones."

Joining the panel are Mackenzie Crook and Diana Rigg, two additional cast members for the third season of the HBO hit fantasy series. Current actors and actresses of the show Emilia Clarke, Michelle Fairley, Alfie Allen and Richard Madden were also present.

George R.R. Martin's "Game of Thrones" has truly captured the varying interests of many with its tale set on a fictional, medieval world where the battle for the Iron Throne continues among the seven kingdoms.

The "Game of Thrones" panel revealed a little about the new cast as well as the premier date of the third season which is on March 31, 2013. Other shows like "Spartacus," "The Big Bang Theory," and "Dexter" held panels too.

Celebrities from "The Hobbit," "Man of Steel," and "Twilight" and a lot more were also there. See more of the stars from Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Emilia Clarke, Elijah Wood and many more, who attended the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con.
