‘Game of Thrones’ Premieres in April – ‘Catch the Throne’ Songs Released
Fans of the popular TV series "Game of Thrones" gear up for season 4 premiere in April. Meanwhile fans can enjoy the music album "Catch the Throne," a collection of songs based on the TV series. Fans can listen to the Mixtape collection online.
There are a total of 10 songs - Mother of Dragons by Big Boi, Iron Throne by Magazeen, Win or Die by Bodega Bamz, Magical Reality by Kilo Kish, Born to Rule by Daddy Yankee, Arya's Prayer by Dominik Omega, The Parallel by Dee Goodz, Fire by Snow Tha Product, The Ladder by Common and King Slayer by Wale.
The songs are from hip-hop and Latin music artists and are all inspired from the "Game of Thrones" TV show. Many of the songs have also borrowed some of the famous dialogues and sayings from the show.
Some of the songs have explicit lyrics which may not be suitable for a younger audience. The anger that some of the viewers experienced towards the Lannisters may have now moved on to the music with some profanity directed at them in one of the songs.
Among the 10 songs the more popular songs are - Mother of Dragons, Born to Rule and King Slayer. Reactions to the songs are pouring in with many of the fans expressing their love for them.
"Game of Thrones" Season 4 is one of the most highly anticipated TV shows of 2014 and the launch of the new music album would help in building the excitement for the upcoming season.
The show is based on the books written by George R.R. Martin. The author has been associated with the show from season 1 and has written many of the episodes aired so far and is also involved in the upcoming season.
"Game of Thrones" Season 4 will be introducing some new characters and some of the important characters may have to leave the show by the end of the season, which is characteristic of the show.
