Cersei Lannister may not be a well liked character and the queen drunk with power may finally get a shocking result for her actions.

"Game of Thrones" Season 4 is all set to change the fortunes of many characters. So far viewers have seen Cersei Lannister have her way with the wealth and power she commands. She has not been afraid to display her power and threaten anyone who stands in her way.

Things may not be so easy for her in "Game of Thrones" Season 4 as her days of happiness and power may turn to sorrow and grief. Her attitude of suspecting everyone may antagonise the other Houses who wish to share the power with the Lannisters. "Game of Thrones" Season 4 may mark a turning point in the role and power of Cersei Lannister, as she once again goes on antagonising her brother Tyrion without trying to find out the truth.

Her power will start to crumble like a deck of cards after a major death in King's Landing. Viewers may think that her power is on the rise and the events after the death may certainly give that impression.

But Tyrion Lannister knows better. Cersei Lannister's high handed approach to any problem and her general mistrusting nature will lead to her eventual downfall. With the downfall of Cersei the House Lannister may also cease to be a major player in the "Game of Thrones." Cersei Lannister already eyes the House Tyrell with suspicion and is very cautious when it comes to her soon to be daughter-in-law Margaery Tyrell. The marriage between Joffrey and Margaery is one of one of the most highly anticipated event in "Game of Thrones" Season 4.

"Game of Thrones" Season 4 is all set to invade the living rooms of the fans on April 6 2014. The first trailer of the new season was released recently, which gave the fans a taste of things to come without revealing too much.

Fans are very excited about the upcoming season and are finding it difficult to wait for so long to watch their favourite TV show. "Game of Thrones" Season 4 will face some stiff competition from many new popular TV shows but the enormous fan following of the show is expected to propel it to the top once again!
