‘Game of Thrones’ Season 5 Spoilers: High Sparrow In Leaked Pictures

The High Sparrow, played by Jonathan Pryce, was seen at the sets of "Game of Thrones" Season 5 sets. He is seen in full costume and makeup along with other cast and crew members on the sets, including Dean-Charles Chapman. [Spoiler Alert]

High Sparrow is the High Septon of the Faith of the Seven. Although, he holds the highest position in the faith, he wears simple clothes and shuns wealth and luxuries. The costume of Jonathan Pryce was revealed in leaked pictures from WinterisComing.

The leaked images also show King Tommen Baratheon, played by Dean-Charles Chapman. He is seen talking to the members of the Faith of the Seven. The members of the faith are wearing a black robe with big chains. Although, it can't be seen clearly in the images, the members of the faith have the mark of the faith carved on their foreheads with blood dripping. They will play an important role in "Game of Thrones" Season 5.

For readers who may be asking why the king has to speak to the members of the faith on the streets, the reason may be because he is attempting to meet a prisoner of the Faith. Cersei Lannister will be arrested by High Sparrow in "Game of Thrones" Season 5.

Cersei Lannister will attempt to frame Margaery Tyrell after her marriage to king Tommen. The plot, however, backfires after High Sparrow discovers that the person guilty of adultery is Cersei Lannister. She will consequently be arrested by the members of the faith and will be made to atone for her sins.

King Tommen may have been trying to see his mother in the leaked images. With an armed escort he will still not be able to get his mother away from the clutches of the faith. The Faith of the Seven is the most dominant religion in Westeros and even the king may not be able to antagonise the High Septon.

Cersei Lannister will be made to walk naked from the Great Sept of Baelor to the Red Keep by High Sparrow. Her position as regent will be taken over by Kevan Lannister in "Game of Thrones" Season 5. With the story arcs of many of the characters ending in the books, fans of the franchise wonder if the producers have any surprises in store for them.
