'Game of Thrones' Season 6 casting update: Actors playing a General and a Dothraki
Details about the roles played by two actors in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 have been revealed by their respective casting agencies. One of the actors will be playing the role of a General in the Bolton army and the other actor is playing a Dothraki warrior.
According to Frontline Actors Agency, actor Mark Tankersley filmed scenes for the show as a Bolton General in 2015. The actor has been a part of movies like “Lockout” and “JFK. The Badge Man Conspiracy.” The TV shows that he was a part of include “Fair City” and “Execution.”

The casting of an actor as part of the Bolton army suggests that there will be more action sequences in the north. The White Walker army is yet to cross over the Wall and invade the kingdoms of Westeros. Tankersley apparently filmed his scenes for two months.
Meanwhile, actor Chuku Modu updated his resume at Spotlight with the name of the character he will be playing in the popular TV series. The actor will be playing the role of a character called Ahko in “Game of Thrones” Season 6, which seems like a Dothraki name.
The Dotharki will be playing a big role in the next season with respect to the Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) storyline. Daenerys has always planned of taking her forces, which also includes the Dothraki, over to Westeros to take the Iron Throne.
Another actor who is also a cast member on the show is Annette Tierney. The details about her character are currently being kept under wraps. Some of the other projects that she has been a part of include “Stardust,” “The Last Furlong” and “Fair City.”
“Game of Thrones” Season 6 is set to premiere on April 24th. The show is now slowly moving towards the end, with many of the main characters and storylines converging.
