‘Game of Thrones’ Season 6: Khaleesi pranks Khal Moro, turns Dothrakis into followers [Video]
When the Mother of Dragons takes a break, she turns into a prankster. That is why during the shooting of the intense “Game of Thrones” Season 6, episode 4, “Book of the Stranger” scene, where Daenerys Targaryen proved once again she is the Mother of Dragons and that fire cannot harm her, Emilia Clarke pulled an epic prank on co-star Joseph Naufahu (Khal Moro).
The cast reportedly had to take breaks in the green room while filming the Daenerys’ “walking through fire” scene when the flames got too hot. During one such break, Joseph fell asleep on a chair. Emilia took this opportunity to paint Dothraki words such as “Qoy Qoyi” (blood of my blood) on his arm and forehead. At one point, Emilia even tried to force-feed him, giggling uncontrollably.
“I had my dessert sitting on the table, and she decided to smear the dessert on me. She put caramel fudge all over my fingers, all over my costume, and she was about to feed it to me, but I woke up. I woke up with a spoon in my mouth,” Joseph told Vulture.

[Spoiler Alert] In “Book of the Stranger,” Daenerys did not only escape her Dothraki tormenters but also brought the house down in a Fire Goddess scene that made all the Dothrakis kneel before the Mother of Dragons. Where viewers expected Ser Jorah and Daario Naharis to smuggle her out of the Dothraki settlement, the showrunners had other plans in store for Daenerys. The Khaleesi never escapes. She turns enemies into followers. That’s exactly what she did once again.
However, fans were a bit baffled to see their favourite character emerge nude from the burning house. The last time she took off her clothes was in Season 3.
“I’d like to remind people the last time I took my clothes off was season 3. That was awhile ago. It’s now season 6. But this is all me, all proud, all strong. I’m just feeling genuinely happy I said ‘Yes.’ That ain’t no body double!” Emilia told Entertainment Weekly.
