'Game of Thrones' Season 6: New episode titles revealed; Loras will be treated ‘very badly’
The titles of the first three episodes of “Game of Thrones” Season 6 have surfaced online. Meanwhile, cast member Finn Jones talked about his character Loras and teased some details about the character’s situation in the next season.
According to a report by Geeklyinc, The titles of the first three episodes are “The Red Woman,” “Home” and “Oathbreaker.” While the title of the premiere episode has been confirmed to be “The Red Woman,” the producers are yet to reveal the titles of the other episodes. Readers are advised to treat the report as a rumour at this time.
The producers have been very careful with plot details from leaking this time around and even the titles appear to be giving little away. In the previous season, fans were able to guess at the plot of each episode based on the episode title, as the story was based on the novels from “A Song of Ice and Fire.”
The next season, however, will overtake the book series for the first time and this time even the book readers are in the dark about the events in “Game of Thrones” Season 6. The fans do get some hints about what happens next, whenever the cast members tease some details about their respective characters.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Jones (Loras) said that this season was going to be “epic” and complemented the producers David Benioff and D. B. Weiss for their accomplishment. The actor said that as the previous season was about all the characters going in different directions in the map, the next season will show how these characters will adapt in their respective new environments.
Talking about his character on the show, the actor said that Loras will be seen in isolation in a prison in “Game of Thrones” Season 6, where he will be treated very badly. Jones said that Loras and the Tyrells are in a “very tricky situation” and said that he will be tested “in more ways than one” in the next season.
