'Game of Thrones' Season 6 spoilers: Little Finger is back
Petyr Baelish, also known as Little Finger, will finally make his appearance in “Game of Thrones” Season 6 in episode 4. A preview video of the next episode released online shows some of the plot elements the viewers can expect.
[Spoiler alert]
Little Finger (Aidan Gillen) has not been seen so far in Season 6. The character was responsible for marrying Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) to Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) in the previous season, for political gain.
Sansa escaped from Ramsay and is expected to head to Castle Black. The promo video of the next episode shows her being accompanied by Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) and Podrick Payne (Daniel Portman) and they appear to be entering Castle Black.
Meanwhile, Little Finger is concerned for Sansa’s safety. The promo video of the next episode shows him having a conversation with Robin Arryn (Lino Facioli), explaining the situation Sansa is in. The news of her escape has already spread to the Vale and they may now come to her aid.
Although Sansa seems to be safe at the moment, she may still be in danger. Ramsay considered attacking Castle Black in a previous episode of “Game of Thrones” Season 6. The trailer of the TV series showed a major battle scene between the Bolton army and the Free Folk.
Will Jon Snow lead the Free Folk and take on the powerful Bolton army? Supporting forces from the Vale could turn the tide of battle in favour of the Free Folk. While the battle rages in the north, Theon (Alfie Allen) will not be with Sansa and will instead join his sister at the Iron Islands.
Meanwhile, people in Meereen start asking when Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) will return. Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen) and Daario (Michiel Huisman) figure out where their queen has been taken. Will they attempt to rescue her in the next episode? Or will the Khaleesi convince another Khalasaar to join her army?
