Game of Thrones "Valar Morghulis" moved you, didn't it?

Last week's "Blackwater" was a feast for the eyes with its massive and deadly green fireworks. In contrast, "Valar Morghulis" is finale for the viewers' hearts.

A Lannister unselfishly in-love, a surprising cameo with adorably cute baby dragons, and the death of an old friend are some of the inclusions that would tug at the heartstrings of the epic series' fans.

You should stop reading now if you have not seen the finale. A few spoilers ahead could ruin your TV experience.

Those who haven't read the book find out early on that Tyrion Lannister survives a betrayal from last episode. He is not doing so well with a nasty wound across his face and a significant and ironic demotion. As a man in the dumps would normally do, the proud Lannister pushes away her woman, but Shae shows him she was not staying for the money. Or at least she was not, anymore. Peter Dinklage in tears must have melted millions of hearts.

Daenerys' trip to the House of the Undying paved the way for a positively surprising and very touching cameo. Props to Emilia Clarke for her stellar performance as Dany. She's had a 360 character journey from clueless to helpless to loving, daring and now a force to reckon with in the series. And watch what her cute dragons can do!

"If this is a dream I will kill the man who tries to wake me." This power line should be on your Facebook wall or newsfeed now.

And then there was Master Luwin's death. While he was not a major character, his presence has always been remarkable. In his death, the audience's sympathy for Theon grew to new depths.

Fans also reviewed "Valar Morghulis" on Twitter and these are what they had to say:

@sblackdelia: Okay if you are not a Game of Thrones fan we can't hang out. I am in denial that this season is over already.

@ashleyerving: Game of Thrones was quite boring for a season finale. Parts with Daenerys were great though.

@colleyryan: Was that Game of Thrones or Walking Dead? Either way, I liked it!!

‏@TimLamaster: That was kind of a lame season finale of Game of thrones. The episode before it was better.

@dahliawho: game of thrones playing with my heart man

‏@Charliemaniac: very nice ending for the Season 2 of Game of Thrones... didn't dissapoint.

@kvt1216: Game of Thrones finale went way too fast. The visual at the end? #Awesome

‏@DaveWaveGlobal: They got me again. Valar Morghulis was by far the finest episode of Game of Thrones Season 2.
