Fans of Grant Theft Auto V can finally rejoice at some bit of good news-the official box art has finally been revealed.

Thief fans will also receive a surprise when they watch the newly released trailer, while the War Z players get a dose of unwanted hacking.

Grand Theft Auto V box art, finally official

The much-awaited Grand Theft Auto V has been out of details for the past few weeks, but it seems that Rockstar Games is making headway to appeasing the crowd.

GameSpot reports that, this week, the developer will release the official box art, after a mural was seen hovering over Manhattan.

It's still going to be a long wait for GTA 5, which will be released for the Xbox 360 and PS3 on September 17, but now, it seems that the Wii U and PC platforms are still being worked out if they will be part of the release.

Thief reveals a new voice actor for Garrett

Fans did not hear Stephen Russell, the voice of the master thief since he first embarked on his debacles, in the newest trailer for Thief.

While there was no gameplay shown in the trailer, Shack News reports that it showed a major improvement in terms of the looks and sounds, pegging it as a game definitely worthy of being a next-gen feature.

However, according to Square-Enix, Thief will be a first-person adventure that gives the gamer full control of how they will go through obstacles as well as trudge on the game that's backed with fear and sickness in the environment.

Check out the trailer for yourself and see if the voice actor is a good replacement or if you'll be missing Russell's rendition of Garrett in the upcoming reboot.

War Z's hack attack

It seems that nothing is really going well for War Z. After poor reception due to missing content and misleading descriptions of the game, now hackers have unleashed their fury on the zombie game, reports Develop.

Developer OP Productions released a statement saying that the among the possible data that have been accessed by intruders include email addresses and passwords for the forums and the actual game, in-game character names, and IP addresses.

However, payment information is reportedly safe, as that this is done through a third-party, reports EuroGamer.

"This has been a humbling experience for us," said OP Productions to EuroGamer. "While we all know that there is no guaranty of security on the Internet, our goal is to try our very best to protect your data. We sincerely apologize."

Now the developer is calling its players to change their passwords immediately on the website or via The War Z launcher.

For the meantime, OP Productions is investigating on how the hack took place, and pursuing other measures for increased safety. Let's hope that the hacker alert is contained-followed by the improvement of the actual game.
