It looks like the road ahead is bumpy for Franco and Nina in the next "General Hospital" episode that airs Friday, Dec. 12, 2014. Meanwhile, Sonny's crime syndicate might be in trouble. Read on the "General Hospital" spoilers for the upcoming episode.

"Carly runs into Jake at the Metro Court; Sonny's crime organization is in danger of being lost; Franco and Nina are at risk of being caught," TV Guide shared the synopsis for this "General Hospital" episode.

Franco and Nina might get in trouble and they are "at risk of being caught." In the last episode, Ava, Silas, Michael and Kiki discussed that they need to find Ava's daughter by finding out the whereabouts of Franco and Nina. Meanwhile, Franco's mother, Betsy Frank, surfaced in the previous episode.

Franco and Nina had a surprise visitor in the form of Zoey. She happened to know a lot about Franco including his real name - Robert. Franco tried to tell her that he is not the one she is looking for. However, she told him that she is his big fan. Zoey guessed that Franco has a baby in the house.

In the next "General Hospital" episode, Sonny's crime group is in danger. He is going through a lot. The last episode focussed on how he was trying to convince Carly to forget about him and move on in life.

"I got nothing to offer you, I don't want you tied to me," Sonny said to Carly when she said that they love each other.

The promo shows that Franco and Nina are going to get caught as PCPD gets Franco. Can we expect a twist here?
