Suspenseful events and shocking bombshells face Port Charles on the upcoming episodes of “General Hospital” (“GH”) this week. On Monday, Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) life, as well as her baby’s, hangs in the balance as she finds herself in a dangerous situation.

A preview shows Sam trapped in some ravine as she begins to feel labour pains. Amid her suffering, she pleads her unborn child to wait for help. Meanwhile, Jason (Billy Miller) rushes to look for her as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) fears for her daughter’s life. She wants to come with Jason but he asks her to stay put as he promises to bring home Sam right away.

Other “General Hospital” characters who will appear on the upcoming episodes include Julian (William DeVry), Laura (Genie Francis), Tracy (Jane Elliot) , Sonny (Maurice Benard), Carly (Laura Wright), Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman), Felicia (Kristina Wagner), Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Finn (Michael Easton), Hayden (Rebecca Budig) , Monica (Leslie Charleson), Olivia (Tonja Walker), Michael (Chad Duell), Jordan (Vinesse Antoine), Liz (Rebecca Herbst), Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), Robin (Kimberly McCullouch) and Ava (Maura West).

ABC posted a sneak peek of the Feb. 27 episode. In the trailer, Sonny appears to be confident that their relationship is running smoothly and asks Carly to renew their wedding vows. Felicia, on the other hand, seems to have uncovered something important and wastes no time informing Bobbie about it. Bobbie wonders to Felicia, “Are you absolutely sure it’s true?”

Speaking of Nelle, she also figures in the video as she claims, “I absolutely plan to put an end to what I started.” Meanwhile, Finn tells Hayden that he doesn’t want to lose her. Elsewhere, Monica asks Tracy before their meeting, “Do we have enough votes to save the hospital?” Jason, on the other hand, shows a photo to Alexis and asks if she knows the person. Alexis replies that it’s her AA sponsor. On the last scene, Julian orders Olivia to tell the truth. He asks his sister, “What have you done with Sam?”

TV Guide reports that Tuesday’s installment features Bobbie, who gives Nelle some words of wisdom. Michael, on the other hand, opens up to Sonny, while Finn makes a sacrifice. On Wednesday, Jason doesn’t do as he promised, while Alexis turns to Jordan for help. Elsewhere, Nelle devises a strategy to escape.

Thursday’s episode centres on Kevin, who tries to seek some answers. Meanwhile, Jason clash with Franco as Liz receives some devastating news. “G&H” wraps the week with an episode focusing on Jordan, who bombards Ava with questions. Nelle, on the other hand, expresses that she wants a life ahead with Michael. Elsewhere, Robin fears for her mother’s life.
