'General Hospital' spoilers for Jan. 24, 2017: Sam discovers Alexis’ secrets; Carly struggles with Sonny’s lifestyle; Jordan and Curtis reminisce the past

Secrets will be revealed and this could make or break some beloved characters in “General Hospital.” At the same time, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) violent livelihood might cost him something at some point. Viewers will also be taken to a relaxing look at the past as Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) and Curtis Gooden (Donnell Turner) reminisce how things were back in the day, while they go on a trip abroad.

On the next episode of “General Hospital,” Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) will discover Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Graham) deep secret. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will struggle with Sonny’s violent lifestyle. Meanwhile, Curtis and Jordan have a heart to heart talk and reminisce on the past.
Previously, viewers saw how Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) had uncovered a pivotal memory. Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) comfort for grieving Lulu Spencer (Marcy Rylan) worked its way to the hearts of many motherly viewers. As for Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) we now know who he really is.
While while Sam pursues looking into Tom Baker’s (Don Harvey) murder, she will be confronting Alexis, who will then break down and confess all her recent sins. She will open up about her sobriety struggle, being with Tom the night he died and keeping Julian Jerome (William DeVry) in her house. Sam gets outraged that her mother has been lying to her but she wants to protect her so she digs in further into the case.
As for Carly, Soaps She Knows writes that she will reconsider being with Sonny, who is contemplating even more mob violence. Carly is not too comfortable of how Sonny goes by with his day-to-day activities so she will try to sort out how she feels about it and will share her concerns with Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell).
Jordan and Curtis will be out of town together. In this trip, they will be looking back on how things were in the old days. Spoilers reveal that Jordan and Curtis will cross a line as Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) will start to lose it.
