'General Hospital' spoilers for Jan. 27, 2017: Sam comes across a crucial clue; Liz gets in danger’s way, Nathan and Dante zero in on a suspect

As the plot gets more intense in “General Hospital,” more and more crucial clues begin to surface. Sooner or later, they could already point out who Tom Baker’s (Don Harvey) killer really is. However, this would not come easy as there are a lot of cryptic obstacles to deal with along the way.

Previously, Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) bared her suspicions regarding who the killer is and other surrounding circumstances on Tom Baker’s murder. Carly Jacks (Laura Wright) also warned Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) of what he was getting himself into. As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), he gave Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) some food for thought.

In the coming episode, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) will stumble upon a clue that is crucial to solving the mystery. As for Liz, she will be directly at the face of danger. Meanwhile, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will close in on a very likely suspect.

The Tom Baker murder mystery has been going on for quite some time already and clues have been unveiling themselves little by little as the show progresses. Sooner or later, the killer will be discovered and spoilers show that the killer might not be whom fans might think it would be.

In a closer look at the episode synopsis, Sam gets one step closer to discovering who the killer is as she inadvertently comes across a vital clue. This was very likely to happen to begin with, considering that Sam and Liz had been working hand in hand to find out who killed Tom, writes Soaps She Knows.

While a crucial clue gets discovered, Nathan and Dante are also closer as they zero in on a very likely suspect. It looks like the investigation is going very well and, taking their discoveries corroboratively, they might already figure out who Tom’s killer is in this upcoming episode.

Meanwhile, Liz will continue trying to save Franco. In doing this, she will get in harm’s way. While this could mean danger for her, viewers will know soon what is really important to her.
