It looks like “General Hospital” will be starting 2017 on the right foot. Confrontations, revealed secrets and relationship issues are plenty in this upcoming episode. All these are expected to grow just in time to make this new year interesting.

On Tuesday , January 3, Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) will confront Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will reunite. Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will reveal her deep concerns to Franco (Roger Howarth).

Also on this episode, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) will be pressing to know as to why Winston Rudge (David Lee) was at her mother’s place. She and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) will go knocking. As for Alexis, she will try to block them since she has Julian covered.

Sam will keep pushing and will get stunned to see that her father is there, notes Soaps She Knows. Alexis will make excuses but Sam will not be swayed. Sam will grill her dad about Rudge and as to why she has been communicating with the owner of the pawn shop. Viewers can expect more lies from Julian in this upcoming episode and all these are meant to protect her.

Franco wants Liz to believe that he is not responsible for the death of Tom Baker (Don Harvey) and works to have his name cleared. Franco will discover more information on Alexis on the night that Tom was killed which can work to acquit him. However, since Franco hurt Sam too much already, he will be hesitant to expose Alexis but will suspect that she might have hurt Tom.

Sonny was happy with Carly when they were together until she pushed him away. She things that if she gets back with Sonny, things will be the same and her loved ones will be at risk of harm. This upcoming episode of “General Hospital” will air on Tuesday, January 3, at 1:00 p.m. on ABC Daytime.
