'General Hospital' spoilers for June 3: Carly confronts Finn about his secret, threatens to turn him over to the police [VIDEO]

For its last salvo this week, “General Hospital” (“GH”) won’t disappoint its fans with another highly emotional episode. On Friday, Carly (Laura Wright) suspects that Finn (Michael Easton) is hiding something and corners him about it. In her mission to find the truth, Carly even warns him that she’ll call the police.

Other “General Hospital” cast members who will appear on the upcoming episode include Jason (Billy Miller), Sam (Kelly Monaco), Liz (Rebecca Herbst), Brad (Parry Shen ), Lucas (Ryan Carnes ), Monica (Leslie Charleson) , Dr Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel), Laura (Genie Francis ) and Nikolas (Tyler Christopher).

The show’s official website uploaded a preview video for June 3, offering a sneak peek of the latest instalment [watch below]. Carly hollers at Finn, “I should be calling the cops on you right now.” Rachel, on the other hand, threatens Liz, “One way or another, you’re going down.” At the hospital, Brad cries whilst he’s holding Lucas’ hand. “Come back to me,” Brad begs. Elsewhere, Monica defiantly tells Obrecht, “Don’t you dare.” Meanwhile, Spencer tells Laura that his father is never coming back. Jason wraps the trailer as he wonders Sam, “Who has motive to make Nikolas disappear?”

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s episode, Carly squares off with Finn and grills him about the truth that he’s hiding. Meanwhile, someone unexpectedly appears on Hayden and Liz’s doorstep. Elsewhere, Laura and Kevin turn their closeness up a notch.

On Friday, Carly fished information from Bobbie about Lucas. Monica arrived and gave Carly updates on Lucas, and said that he might have something to do with the other mysterious deaths. Obrecht, on the other hand, insisted that Finn is connected somehow, so Carly asked her to show some proof to back her theory. Obrecht said that she found out Finn left his former job under suspicious circumstances. There were even reports about Finn being addicted to drugs. Monica said Obrecht’s story is preposterous. Meanwhile, Finn went to Wyndemere to return the check that Rachel gave him. He apologised to Rachel for blowing his top about his father’s activities. He explained to her that Rachel’s father was reported to be funding a cure for a disease that has resulted to multiple deaths, including his wife. A moment later, he felt weak and collapsed. Finn asked Rachel to help him administer his medication. Finn said he has diabetes and it needs special treatment. He then walked away, but not before wishing that Rachel find her missing husband. Elsewhere, Jason told Sam that he’s determined to investigate what happened to Nikolas before he could be framed by the police. Sam insisted on helping him.
