The drama continues as "General Hospital" returns with a new episode on Nov. 20, 2014. The upcoming focuses on Ava, Nina, Britt, Nikolas and Anna. Read on to know more about the new episode of "General Hospital."

TV Guide shared the following synopsis for Nov. 20, 2014's episode.

"Britt makes a surprising admission to Nikolas; Anna divulges some intel about Faison; Franco confronts Nina."

"General Hospital" preview video for Nov. 20, 2014 shows Anna being accused of murdering Cesar Faison and she looks confused. In the new instalment, she will share intel about Faison. What is Anna going to reveal about Faison?

Meanwhile, Franco is ready to confront Nina. In the video clip, Nina tells Franco that she is the mother of the child. Ava Jeromes is with Silas. "Is two maniacs still out there with my daughter?" Ava asks.

In the previous "General Hospital" episode, Anna, Michael and Kiki come to visit Ava. However, she is not in the room. Michael tells them that she is gone.

"You did this didn't you," Michael says. He accuses Kiki that she helped her mom get away. Anna learns that Ava left the hospital a few minutes before. Michael tells Kiki that Ava used her so that she could slip out of the hospital. Tension is building up between Michael and Kiki. Ava is wanted for killing Connie Falconeri.

Coming back to the upcoming "General Hospital" episode spoiler, Britt shares something shocking with Nikolas.

In the last episode, Shawn and Jordan talk to TJ about his father's death. Shawn tells him that TJ's death was not an accident. Jordan informs TJ that the night his father died he attacked Shawn. TJ is not ready to accept that Shawn was defending himself. He tells TJ that he and his mother had an affair behind his father's back. TJ breaks down and accuses Shawn of destroying a family.

"General Hospital" episodes air Monday to Thursday.
