Viewers are in for an emotional rollercoaster ride this week, as “General Hospital” promises confrontations and unravelling of startling secrets.

Here’s what viewers can expect in the remaining episodes this week, according to TV Source Magazine's spoilers on General Hospital.

Laura is holding a big secret, and it will weigh her down. She is unsure about whether she is in the right position to reveal it. This secret ties up to the mysterious call received by Liz that has left her shaken.

Liz is in panic after receiving the call, Jake begins to notice that. Her odd behaviour raises some red flags, and Jake is going to ask her about the phone call and the reason behind her distressed behaviour. Liz, however, decides to not confide in Jake and tell him the truth.

Jake, on the other hand, sees through the smoke and enlists the help of Sam. These leads to two of them [Jake and Sam] treading on a potentially dangerous ground.

Liz and Jake are unaware that the caller is Laura who wants Liz to come clean.

Meanwhile, Tracy questions her ex-husband’ loyalty towards the family after she catches him making a mysterious phone call. And Anna is reeling under the weight of her guilt because of her actions. Her guilt worsens as Emma displays her admiration for her.

For the rest of the characters:

* Hayden and Nikolas will have a confrontation as Hayden grows tired of his games. Things will heat up when she hears a conversation that she's not supposed to hear.

* Kiki is thinking about leaving the mob after Silas' death and her mother's betrayal. Franco offers his support, while Ava wants a reconciliation.

* Dillon turns to Paul for advice and later confesses his feelings to Lulu.

* A wrong assumption made by Nathan could lead to dire consequences, and Sabrina discovers an important news when Felix visits her.
