'Geordie Shore' alum Charlotte Crosby cries over Gaz Beadle on 'Celebs Go Dating'
Gaz, meanwhile, cuddles up with new girlfriend Emma McVey
It was an emotional first episode of the new series “Celebs Go Dating,” wherein former “Geordie Shore” star Charlotte Crosby opened up about her on-again, off-again five-year relationship with Gary “Gaz” Beadle.
The 26-year-old reality star revealed that her last relationship was “so s--t,” reducing her to tears. “I don't want to get upset again because all I do is cry about it,” she said. “It was awful.” Hours earlier Charlotte’s heartfelt drama fest, Gaz’s photo appeared on Instagram with his new girlfriend – available for everyone to see.
The photo shows Gaz and model Emma McVey cosying up in bed together. Emma, the ex-girlfriend of “The Only Way Is Essex” alum Mario Falcone, seemed to be playing with Gaz’s hair. She captioned the image, which has since earned more than 2,000 likes, “Laziest Monday.” Reports claim that their budding romance started as early as January this year, when they were seen eating at TGIFriday’s in Leeds.
Fans of “Geordie Shore” have followed Gaz’s tumultuous relationship with co-star Charlotte Crosby. In one episode of the “Big Birthday Battle,” Gaz even turned serious and took the 26-year-old brunette beauty out on an official date and made love to her – not have sex – for the first time. Just last week, Gaz, who also stars on “Ex on the Beach,” earned Twitter backlash after his controversial column on “The Daily Star,” wherein he bemoaned the lack of decent, wife-material girls. He claimed he was looking for a new girlfriend, and gave snippets of how he tried to find dates through various social networks, as well as in clubs. “I have met some unreal birds in clubs and think, ‘F--- me, I would marry you and have five kids and and buy a house with a fireplace and double cooker for you,’” he continued. “Have a few drinks, get to hotel, bang them and I'm like f--- sake, at least make it a bit of a challenge, at least make me wait until the third or fourth date.
Gaz will soon be seen on the small screen, together with the other “Geordie Shore” cast members. Stay tuned for upcoming spoilers for “Geordie Shore” series 13. “Celebs Go Dating,” on the other hand, currently airs weeknights on E4 at 10 p.m.
