Just like Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin sold their intimate wedding pictures to the publications for the world to see. However, the newly married couple is not keeping the money, they have received for their wedding pictures. The duo is allegedly donating the money to a charity. Even Jolie and Pitt reportedly donated the money they received for their wedding pictures, according to reports by Mirror.

George and Amal's first wedding pics surfaced in People and Hello. The reports are rife that the money would go to a slew of charities including Not On Our Watch, a charitable effort by Clooney, Brad Pitt , Matt Damon and others to end the atrocities in the world.

Meanwhile, according to TMZ most of the money generated from the couple's marriage photos would help in funding Satellite Sentinel Project. The SSP projects monitors what's really going on Sudan. The project was launched in 2010 to deter the chances of a civil war in the country."Every photo in both magazines will be saving a life," a source close to Clooney told TMZ.

Moreover, it is also being said that Clooney put his pictures for auction and highest bidder got it. However, he shared his wedding pictures for charity purposes. Both Hello and People magazine show Amal and Clooney in the their wedding attire. Amal reportedly wore an off-the-shoulder lace Oscar de la Renta gown for the ceremont where as Clooney chose a sharp black Armani suit.

Regarding their wedding Amal's mother Baria revealed to People, "George and Amal radiated love all night. The wedding was so unbelievably special, it was legendary. These three days -- the friends, the families, the atmosphere, everything -- will stay with me all the rest of my life."

George and Amal's wedding saw the arrival of A-list celebrities. Stars from Richard Kind and Matt Damon to Bryan Lourd, Anna Wintour, Stefano Tonchi, Bono, Bill Murray, John Krasinski with Emily Blunt and Cindy Crawford with husband Rande Gerber were seen taking part in the wedding celebrations.
