George Clooney Honeymooned in New York ComicCon

Marriage has not changed George Clooney one bit. He still loves to prank others and not very positive about having kids. He even spent his honeymoon with ComicCon revellers dressed as their favourite star war characters. Clooney enjoyed the experience but his wife was not very pleased.

Clooney married Amal Alamuddin in a fairy tale wedding ceremony last year. In a tell-all interview for the Graham Norton Show, Clooney revealed that he had to cut short his honeymoon to attend ComicCon in New York. He flew to New York for the promotions of his film “Tomorrowland.” George revealed that the idea was not a hit with Amal and it took a lot of explaining to do. "First I had to explain that to my wife, which didn't play well. And then the whole idea of spending part of your honeymoon with people dressed up like Captain Kirk and Star Wars characters somehow wasn't easy to explain to my new bride,” he said.

In the interview Clooney revisited his career as a prankster. His friendly feud with Brad Pitt is still continuing. Clooney apparently has made stationery with Pitt’s name, which he uses to send to others. He, in fact, sent Meryl Streep a “whole stack of dialect coach CDs” apparently to help her prepare for the role in the “Iron Lady.” Clooney also felt that his ongoing pranks may land him in jail but is confident of getting out as his wife was a barrister.

The Graham Norton Show had Clooney giving company to heavyweights like Snoop Dogg, Hugh Laurie, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jessica Hynes and Britt Robertson. He apologised for playing Batman and went down the memory lane about finding fame with ER.

Clooney married the famous human rights lawyer, Amal, after dating a string of beautiful women. Earlier in a CBS interview, Clooney revealed that he surprised Amal with his proposal and had to wait on his knees for almost half an hour to get a “yes.”
