George Clooney's Wife Amal Alamuddin Steals The Title Of The Most Fascinating Person Of 2014
George Clooney's wife Amal Alamuddin has made it to Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People list. The London based barrister has made it to the top of the list, which includes other celebrities such as Scarlett Johnsson and Neil Patrick Harris.
According to Barbara, Amal has got the top spot as she has managed to tie a knot to the long time bachelor George Clooney. "You could say hers was the wedding of the year, but let's put it into perspective, it was really one of the greatest achievements in human history," she said, adding, Amal has been the subject of very little snark or envy, maybe because we -- like George Clooney -- find it impossible to resist perfection," she said according to ABC.
Amal and George got married in September in Venice. Their three-day wedding extravaganza was attended by more than 100 guests. Cindy Crawford's husband Randy Gerber was the best man. Amal chose a beautiful Oscar de la Renta gown for her nuptials. It featured chic white embroidery and a circular train. The wedding gown had an off shoulder sweetheart neckline. In regards to choosing the designer's creation, she said she wanted something "elegant" which could capture the brimming romance between her and George. George wore a custom made tuxedo by Giorgio Armani, as per Vogue.
Meanwhile, the newly weds were seen going on a date. They were seen leaving Craig's Restaurant in Hollywood, California on Saturday, according to Daily Mail. Amal wore a form fitting black and silver dress and styled her hair in loose curls. She kept the make-up minimal and accessorised her look with a pair of silver earrings. The Oscar winning actor looked dapper in a black suit, which he paired with a matching shirt.
Since their wedding the newly weds have been seen going on dinner dates many times. They will soon be celebrating there three-months wedding anniversary. In other news, Clooney has got back to the business of films and is shooting a new film titled "Ceaser."
