‘Girl Meets World’ season 3: Danny McNulty expresses disappointment on Disney for cutting final scene
The final episode of “Girl Meets World” season 3 has been shown in Disney Channel earlier this month, but talks about the controversial episode has not yet stopped. “Boy Meets World” star Danny McNulty (Harley Keiner), who was part of the “Girl Meets Goodbye,” has expressed disappointment on social media, claiming the network has deleted his final scene.
McNulty took to his Instagram account to share a photo of his script for the “Girl Meets World” season 3 finale. He shared that it was his last scene with actor Lee Michael Norris (Stuart Minkus).
In his post, McNulty wrote that he would have liked to get the chance to say goodbye to all of the fans but the network took that away from him. It was something that he would not be able to forgive easily.
McNulty accompanied his social media post with the hashtags, #HuluSaveGMW #GirlMeetsGoodbye #HarleyKeiner and a broken hearted emoji. McNulty’s followers on Instagram have commented on his post to express how sorry they are for the deleted scenes.
“I'm sorry that your scene was cut off. But something else will surely come along,” an Instagram user named davydyI commented. An IG user named sabrina_annlynn_carpent.pg said it is because the actor tried to save the show and the network knows it did wrong by cancelling it.
But McNulty is not one who would allow his chance to say goodbye to fans to be completely taken away. In another Instagram post, the actor has filmed himself delivering his final lines at the show's exact location.
“This is what my scene would have sounded like...if the #DisneyChannel didn't cut my part out,” wrote. Disney Channel is yet to comment why McNulty's final scene in “Girl Meets Goodbye” has been deleted. “Girl Meets World” has aired in Australia through Disney Channel.
