‘Girls’ Star Adam Driver to Play ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ Villain
Adam Driver can try his villainous ways on extra-terrestrial creatures. He is ready to board a space ship and travel out of Earth. Adam is renowned for playing a cruel dude on the HBO series "Girls" but he can definitely use his dark side to prepare for "Star Wars: Episode VII."
According to Variety, the 30-year-old actor is ready to sign a deal to play the main villain in the much-awaited "Star Wars" sequel. However, any details of the character are unknown. He is expected to be like Darth Vader.
Adam is the first cast member to be revealed for this "Star Wars" sequel. It will be directed by J.J. Abrams. Lawrence Kasdan and J.J. have written the script for the film.
Lawrence has been associated with Lucasfilm for a long time. He was the screenwriter for "Raiders of the Lost Ark, "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi."
Adam Drivers is famous for his role in the hit series "Girls," but lately he has become more in demand for other critical roles. He is currently shooting "Midnight Brothers" under the banner of Warner Bros. He also linked to Martin Scorsese's "Silence" featuring Liam Neeson and Andrew Garfield. On "Girls," Adam is charismatic and intense, and this quality could help him portray the space villain.
