Glee" star Matthew Morrison aims to release his first album in February. Despite his busy schedule filming for Glee's second season, Morrison is recording for the album in between shooting. And fans of the show choir's adviser Will Schuester need not worry that Morrison might forsake the role for his recording career as Morrison says he is "full-time 'Glee'."

"I'm about three-quarters of the way done with the album," Morrison said. "During our hiatus was the big chunk of putting it together -- it's full-time 'Glee' right now. I'm trying to do it on the weekends."

Morrison does not feel like his recording for the album is tearing him away from his role in Glee since the musical show "is promotion of the album."

Mathew says songs included in the album is eclectic, saying that the album contains "a lot of stuff that you would find on the adult contemporary charts, but stuff that [Morrison] hope [music listeners] hear in the club and you can dance to."

Meanwhile, Mathew Morrison's character will face tough competition for the the affection of McKinley's guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury, played by Jayma Mays. This Glee's new season will introduce ER star John Stamos as a dentist who used to be a in boyband, serving as a romantic adversary to Will Schuester sing-and-dance moves on Emma.

"Just when Will thinks he'll win Emma because he can sing and dance," Stamos said to TV Guide, "we find out Carl used to be in an '80s boy band."

Aside from Stamos, Filipino singing sensation Charice will also be making her debut on the Fox's musical show this season as "Sunshine" in the episode called "Audition" as she plays the role of a Filipino exchange student who will be at rivalry with Lea Michele's Rachel Berry at the Glee show choir. Glee will return to Fox on September 21 at 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT.
