With Kurt Hummel's transfer to Dalton Academy in Glee Season 2, fans of the show will certainly want to know how these development affect the much anticipated romance between Chris Colfer's character and Darren Criss's Blaine. After all, the two are now in the same school and show choir Warblers.

Chris Colfer sat down with New York Post where he was asked if he feels like Kurt is already acting like Blaine's boyfriend.

"I think Kurt is so lonely and just wants someone to connect to. I think the closest he can get to that is a boyfriend, so I think he's trying to find that in any way shape or form possible," said Colfer.

"But we haven't filmed anything where Blaine becomes Kurt's boyfriend yet, so who knows - it could end up being someone else."

Next week episode will feature Blaine and Kurt in a Baby It's Cold Outside duet. Many thinks that the duet strongly points to where the relationship of the two characters will go. Colfer said he is excited to hear what Glee's audience would think of the duet.

"I'm anxious to see how people respond to it because it's one of the first classic duets that has been sung by two guys ... if you get my drift," Colfer told New York Post.

"I will be interested to hear the next day what people think. Over Thanksgiving break I had to convince my grandmother it was actually me on the track. She said, "oh, that makes the song a little different." And it certainly does."

Will Blaine be Kurt Hummel's boyfriend in the coming Glee Season 2 episode? Ryan Murphy's creation is not one to shy away from LGBT themes. Glee has previously tackled bullying faced by those of different sexual orientation in previous episodes Furt and Special Education and it might as well continue the story arc by exploring the brewing romance between Kurt and Blaine.
