Glee Season 4 has long announced the arrival of American Idol 2012 runner-up Jessica Sanchez. But only recently has the teen celeb spoken about her guest role in the series. Sanchez will appear in two episodes in a role that is remotely similar to what Charice has played in the past.

Meanwhile, Glee creator Ryan Murphy has a question to his Twitter followers: Who is catfishing Ryder? Viewers saw Ryder connect with a mystery girl online, but he may have just been taken for a ride. Care to venture on some theories to answer Murphy's recent tweet?

Jessica Sanchez returned last week to the Idol stage to perform her debut single "Tonight" with Ne-Yo. The timing couldn't have been better. Glee, which is a Fox show like American Idol, will soon have her in two episodes.

"I'm playing a student from a rival school who is supposed to be a legendary diva," Sanchez told People.com. It brings to mind the character played by Oprah's talent, Charice. Incidentally, both young singers have roots tracing to the Philippines. Charice is from the Philippines, born and raised. Jessica's mom is a Filipina.

Sanchez also revealed her favorite character in Glee. She has yet to finish filming for her guest appearances, but she's hoping to work with Naya Rivera, who plays Santana. "She's got that attitude and I love it," Sanchez said.

Glee Season 4 will deliver its finale episode on May 9. Sanchez will appear in the finale, which implies a Regionals/Nationals competition.

As for Ryder, who could be spinning him for some virtual fun? For the uninitiated, catfishing means using a fake identity to hook some in an online relationship. There is not much else to say, except it could lead to trouble. Ryder's fans will just have to wait until the next couple of episodes for the catfisher reveal.
