Glee Season 5 will include a Cory Monteith tribute led by Lea Michele, according to speculations. Gleek creator Ryan Murphy is expected to honor Cory's memory through songs he popularised in the show.

It has been revealed in earlier spoilers that original cast Dianna Agron, Mark Salling, Heather Morris, Harry Shum, Jr and Amber Riley will not be coming back to Glee Season 5. An unplanned reunion could develop when the cast and crew begin filming soon.

Adam Lambert will also be joining Glee Season 5, according to spoilers earlier shouted out by Ryan and Lea on Twitter. It is possible for this Idol alum to perform his poignant cover of "Mad World" (Tears for Fears) during the highly anticipated tribute episode.

This early, fans are urging the Glee Season 5 show runners to not recast Finn Hudson. After all, Glee has never been afraid of tackling dark and sensitive issues, from teenage pregnancy to end of the world fears. In fact, in one of its last Season 4 episodes, Glee took on a very difficult subject: campus shooting. Will the show runners extend Cory Monteith's death to Finn Hudson's character?

It may take a while before the Glee family can recover from the shock of losing one of their own in such a deeply tragic circumstance. However, the show has a schedule to keep. The actors are doing their best to carry on and honor Cory's memory. Matthew Morrison, for instance, paid tribute to Cory during his NYC concert called "54 Below." A source revealed to the press it was extremely difficult for Morrison to perform amid grief, but he did not want to disappoint the audience.

It certainly is a difficult time for everyone on Glee, even more so for Cory Monteith's family and his inconsolable girlfriend, Lea Michele. Still, the show runners are likely to deal with their collective grief head on, and honour Cory on the show that had brought them together.
