Glee Season 5 Episode 7 Puppet Masters that aired on Thanksgiving Day on Nov. 28, 2013 reached new heights of drama and excitement. While some 'Glee' characters transform into puppets, there are some who came face to face with their actual feelings. Also, Glee is soon going to be 100 episodes old in March. Recap of Glee Season 5 Episode 7 titled Puppet Masters" (Spoilers Alert)
In Glee Season 5 Episode 7 "Puppet Master" there is something seriously wrong that is changing them into puppets. But no one knows what it is.
Blaine and Kurt: Blaine is going through tough time in the club as he feels that everyone around thinks of him as a control freak and disses him. For the Nationals, he wants to perform a song as he feels it's his last chance. But members of New Directions don't agree with his idea which leaves him disappointed. In New York, Blaine's beau Kurt is also facing the same problem. When Kurt shares his idea about performing their first official performance at Call Backs, Elliot, Rachel and Satana disagree to his idea.
Blaine's Puppet avatar comes up when he falls asleep and starts to hallucinate that all the New Directions members have transformed into puppets and he is the "puppet master."
Sue Sylvester: In Mckinley, Sue tells Becky the reason behind wearing her trademark tracksuits. She revealed that it is because of the comments that were passed on her in the past which led to a major transformation in her. And now wearing tracksuits make her feel powerful. She was also informed that the school board will be visiting next week as they are very impressed.
Superintendent Bob Harrison asks Sue for a beer and she starts to put in efforts to look more feminine for a date with him. But in the end, when Sue asks Harrison for a date he rejects the proposal.
Jake, Marley and Bree: On the other hand, Jake in his performance of Janet Jackson's "Nasty" seems delighted while dancing with the entire cheerleading team of girls and Marley. The performance shows, how Marley longs for some respect and Bree wants control. But upon waking up by the janitor, he realizes it was all in his head.
Nevertheless, there is more for Jake to discover. Bree realizes that she is not happy with Jake's conduct while he has been flirting and sleeping around with multiple girls of the school. But it is not Bree's jealousy that is making her feel like this, she discovers that she is pregnant.
Soon it is known that it is just a false alarm for Bree she is not pregnant. She also realizes that she is only been wasting her time with Jake who is a "horrible" and "toxic" person. Finally, Jake realizes his mistake and begs Marley to take him back. But Marley refuses to be back with him.
In the school it is discovered there has been a gas leak that has caused everyone day dreaming and hallucinating, thus transforming into puppets.
Meanwhile, Kurt disappoints all the band members. They believe that it is because of him there first show was a failure. There was only one man who showed up for their first performance but, they soon discovered that the old man who attended their first show was the all that they needed to land in their next big gig in Brooklyn.
In the End, Blaine and New Directions sing the viral hit song "The Fox" by Ylvis Brothers.
Glee Celebrates 100th Episode Spoilers- Fans to Choose Songs
To celebrate their accomplishment "Glee" they will be performing "remixes" of songs that they have performed in past. To come up with some awesome remixes, they want fans of Glee to voice their choice and vote for their favorite songs that they want to see them perform again.
"The Top 10 fan-chosen GLEE songs from the past will be re-mixed and performed by the current members of New Directions in the milestone 100th episode," said Fox channel.
"The episode will focus on McKinley High's latest batch of seniors as they approach graduation and reminisce about their most memorable moments, while singing new versions of these iconic tracks," added Fox while talking about "Glee's" 100th episode.
Glee Fans can start voting from Dec. 3, 2013 for the songs given in the list on Fox.com
