Kanye West is in for a real trouble from paparazzi. A photographer, who was allegedly attacked by the rapper in July, now plans to sue Kanye as he alleges the attack left him in crutches and he suffers great pain while walking.

The incident, which was captured on video in July, shows Kanye wrestling the photographer to the ground. The video images shows out of the airport and heading toward his waiting car. The video, obtained by TMZ, shows the rapper stopping by and getting into an argument with one of the photographers.

"What you're trying to do is get me in trouble...so I'm going to have to pay you like $250,000," West is seen warning the photographer before the incident.

"When Kanye West attacked me I was in complete shock," he said at a news conference with Allred.

"All I had done was ask him a question I was was terrified when Kanye started to come at me," he said. "I backed up because I felt from the look in his eyes, he was going to attack me."

According to LA Times, video photographer Danny Ramos alleges assault, battery, negligence and violation of civil rights in the lawsuit that will be filed Thursday by his lawyer Gloria Allred, who is known for representing upmarket celebrities including Tiger Woods' love interest.

In the press conference, Allred told media persons that her client Ramos had simply asked to talk to the rapper but Kanye was in attacking mode.

".. Mr. West suddenly attacked Danny, punching him and attempting to wrestle Danny's camera from his hands," Allred said adding that the videographer fell down onto his knees on the sidewalk and sustained injuries to his right hip.

The videographer was taken to Marina del Rey Hospital and treated for contusions and muscle strain but he alleges in the lawsuit that the attack from Kanye has put him on crutches and he has to walk with a cane and is still in pain.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced last week that it did not plan to pursue felony charges against West as the nature of injuries suffered by the videographer was not serious and it was unknown if the camera was damaged.
