"The Good Wife" Season 5, Episode 12 spoilers in the CBS promo reveal a very upset governor's wife. Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) drops a strong "get-over-it" line against Will Gardner (Josh Charles) a week ago. But in this week's new episode, she is having yet another big fight with her husband. Gov. Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) is in another U.S. scandal. Baby Peter's dad has been named. But now Eli Gold has an even bigger problem.

Spoiler alert: This feature contains major spoilers on the previous episode of The Good Wife Season 5. Episode 12, titled "We The Juries," tells the story of how Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) and Marilyn Garbanza (Melissa George) would (try to) solve Gov. Florrick's "new" big mess. This show airs on Jan. 12 (Sunday).

Alicia Florrick is not thrilled to see Will Gardner in another potential court battle. She makes it clear to him that she's not going to scare easy.

"You should get over it," Alicia tells Will in The Good Wife Season 5, Episode 11.

Will asks Alicia, "What?" She quips, "Me."

And Alicia does look a little too arrogant (or too upset) when she drops this line. It is as if all is lost between the two. At the same time, the sexual tension has never been so fiery.

Who is the father of Marilyn Garbanza's baby Peter?

In this week's new episode, Eli deals with a leaked video showing some controversial ballot boxes. "We the juries" likely refers to "We the people." Marilyn Garbanza cancels one problem by introducing her baby's dad, Peter Bogdanovich. (One very cool cameo there!)

Eli is stunned, understandably so. The 70-plus Peter Bogdanovich is much respected in the film industry -- in this fiction, and in the real world. It turns out Marilyn had a "typical" reason for initially hiding her baby daddy's identity.

The Good Wife bagged the People's Choice Awards 2014 trophy for Favorite Network TV Drama. Stana Katic won against Julianna Margulies. But Josh Charles won the Favorite Dramatic TV Actor award. Now it's the week of the Golden Globes. Fans are wishing good luck to the cast and entire crew.
