It is still uncertain on how Alicia will deal with her life in the coming year as Peter continues her presidential campaign, with the ultimate goal of getting the vice-presidential nod. She has been trying to lift her law firm off the ground and is cultivating a potential relationship with Jason Crouse (Jeffery Dean Morgan) who previously took a job elsewhere. It was also one of the reasons why Eli decided to confront Alicia to say that he no longer wants to stand in the way of her happiness, Lawyer Herald writes.
