Google Nexus 4: Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 Update Appeared Before Official Launch?
Google Nexus 4 users are eagerly waiting for the Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 update now that it has appeared for the second time even before its official launch. Nexus 4 running on Android 4.2.2 was first spotted in Brazil and now it has reportedly appeared in Czech Republic.
A video was posted online where the device user shows Google Nexus 4 operating with the latest Android 4.2.2 update while comparing it to the LG Optimus G. However, the video did not confirm any additional feature that comes with the latest Android update.
Since it is the second time that the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update appeared, device users are guessing that the official launch date is just around the corner. The latest Android update may only provide minimal update with no additional features but it will typically bring bug fixes on the device.
Google has not given any comments regarding the Nexus 4 Android 4.2.2 update even though the software had an early appearance in Brazil and Czech Republic. Updates that suddenly appeared prior its official launch normally creates suspicion whether it is a fake report or a mistake.
When Google finally launches the Android 4.2.2 for the Nexus 4, this could be good news for the other Jelly Bean Nexus users such as Google Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus because they can get a hold of the update as well.
Another type of update that device users look forward to is the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie version. It is expected to be a major update packed with a lot of features that surpasses the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
