GooPhone, iPhone Clone Attempts toTake a Bite of Apple Sales

Many Android users want to get a view and feeling of the iOS interface, icons, and screen without the need to buy the real deal. In most cases, Android users will download launchers from Google Play which imitates the iPhone looks and sounds, while in some, takes it to the next level which searches, downloads, and flashes custom ROMs with iPhone designs such as JoyOS.

Apple is already having issues with a device locally sold in another country including the "iPhone" name in their models which makes Apple's iPhone difficult to sell there. That device is running Android and its sales is quite good so far.

What if the clone is not just the name, what if it's the entire ecoskeleton of the iPhone and the iPad mini?

The GooPhone is the Chinese nemesis of Apple because their products resemble iOS devices. If the Apple has iPhone 5, they have GooPhone i5.

Both devices are very identical and Goophone i5 can easily be mistaken as an iPhone 5. Even their lockscreen, icons, and interface are the same, only the mark of the Android in its specs tells the truth about this device. Knockout punch is it costs $290 in stores.

Not yet done, iPad mini has also a clone called GooPad mini and it is very cheap costing $99, offering the Apple taste for Apple wannabes but with no budget for the genuine device.
