‘GoT’ star Emilia Clarke: Sam Claflin wakes up every morning only for her, suggests ‘Me Before You’ trailer [Video]
“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin are all set to romance on screen in “Me Before You,” which is based on Jojo Moyes’ bestselling novel of the same name. The first trailer of the upcoming movie premiered Wednesday and it might bring one to tears. Imagine what the movie will be like.
Clarke will be shedding her Khaleesi gear and will don bumblebee tights as Louisa Clark. She is British and desperately in need of a job after failing as a chicken factory worker and beautician. According to Time, Clarke agrees to care for a quadriplegic man (Claflin) despite having no experience.

Claflin, who plays Finnick in “The Hunger Games,” will be playing William Traynor whose adventurous life came to an unfortunate stop after a motorcycle accident. Despite Clark and Traynor having troubles getting along, the two eventually fall in love.
Moyes worked on the screenplay with Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, who have adapted other tearful love stories like “The Fault in Our Stars” for the big screen.
The movie also stars Matthew Lewis of “Harry Potter,” Charles Dance of “Game of Thrones,” Jenna Coleman of “Doctor Who” and Brendan Coyle of “Downtown Abbey.” The movie will be hitting theatres on June 3.
Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive 2015, Clarke, will also be seen with “Home and Away” actor Stephen Peacocke, who seemingly has an Australian accent in the trailer. Peacocke will star as Traynor’s nurse and will become Clarke’s close friend.
According to Clarke, her character in “Me Before You” is pretty similar to what she is in real life and not Danaerys Targaryen in “Game of Thrones.”
“It's funny with these strong female roles. I'm really quite clumsy, say the wrong thing all the time and am awkward at the best of times. My friends and family have seen this other person every single day,” said the 29-year-old Clarke to USA Today.
