'Gotham' Season 1, Episode 12 Update: Jim Gordon Hunts Jack Gruber, Fish Makes A Move In New Episode [Spoilers]
"Gotham" Season 1, Episode 12, titled "What The Little Bird Told Him," airs Monday, Jan. 19 on Fox. There is no new episode this week, but the Gotham 1x12 promo video offers teasers to tide fans over. Gordon is facing Jack Gruber again, while Fish makes her move to snag the family from Falcone.

Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) gets to work with e Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) again in Gotham 1x11, titled "Rogue's Gallery." The partners fail to catch the villain of the week, Jack Gruber (Christopher Heyerdahl); but Gruber returns to wreak havoc in Gotham in Episode 12.
Gruber uses electro-shock procedure to control the minds of his subjects. A Gotham 1x12 promo clip shows the unravelling of Gruber's big plans in Gotham. Gordon uses this case to get out of his asylum duty and go after a dangerous criminal.
Meanwhile, Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) is all set to launch bigger moves in order to take control of her mentor's mob family. Though heavily mentioned in Gotham Season 1, Episode 11, Carmine Falcone (John Doman) does not show up again until Episode 12.
Sal Maroni (David Zayas), Kristin Kringle (Chelsea Spack), and Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) will also be seen in Gotham Season 1, Episode 12. Nygma calls the show's first Asylum villain the "electrocutioner."
It remains to be seen whether Arkham doc Leslie Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) is coming back soon to get to know Gordon better. Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) has a minor part in Episode 11, but the story development implies Maroni is watching him more closely than ever.
Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) both skip Episode 11. Ivy Pepper (Clare Foley) and Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) both gain more screen time in last week's episode. Barbara (Erin Richards) interacts with Ivy over the phone, with the latter making Barb believe that Gordon has moved on.
"The GCPD has no choice but to bring Jim in when the new "Electrocutioner" goes on a criminal spree. Meanwhile, Falcone faces a challenge from within when Fish makes her move," reads the Gotham 1x12 synopsis on TV.com.
