You would not likely believe who made it on GQ's Least Influential Personalities of 2013. Pres. Obama and Prince George were among the list. Also included were Chris Culliver, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and more. Dennis Rodman sat comfortably at the top spot.

Prince George

We are a little puzzled how this little bundle of joy was included in GQ's influential people list. Prince George is at the eight spot. According to GQ, Prince George is no different from any baby. He cries and shits the same, but the world treats him special. Any baby born to a prince status is going to get a lot of attention for sure.

Pres. Obama

U.S. Pres. Obama is at the 17th place. GQ says Obama gets nothing done. The men's magazine isn't satisfied how Obama addresses the bad things in the U.S. by delivering speech.

Chris Culliver

Culliver became controversial because of his repulsive comments about gay players in the National Football League when he was asked by comedian Artie Lange. GQ isn't quite amused how he bashed the idea of an openly gay athlete so he was placed in the 13th position.

Lady Gaga

At the 11th spot is Lady Gaga. GQ isn't fascinated at all with the pop songstress' costumes.

Miley Cyrus

The former Hannah Montana star became more popular after her unforgettable performance during the MTV Video Music Awards, and the men's magazine would not be the one to praise Cyrus in her mind-boggling acts. GQ ranked her at the sixth spot.

Justin Bieber

GQ is also not impressed with Bieber's acts. GQ called the Canadian teen heartthrob a little piece of s**t for cursing out the former U.S. Pres. Bill Clinton and for spitting on people. GQ wrote that Bieber also dresses like a blind magician.

Dennis Rodman

On the top spot is retired NBA Player Dennis Rodman. GQ didn't like the idea of Rodman hanging out with North Korea.
