Grace Kelly was a Hollywood actress turned royalty; now that the script is on hand, who could possibly play her role? For anyone, it would be the role of a lifetime.

There is no definite date as to when the movie would start filming, but the script is ready. Everyone is already on the lookout over who will play Monaco's princess.

The movie, currently titled "Grace of Monaco," will be set in 1962, when French President Charles de Gaulle was unhappy with the principality's status as a tax haven.

Kelly, who was married to Prince Rainer, was said to have big role in settling the argument. She also helped turn Monaco into a glamorous playground for the rich and famous.

Hollywood stars who are tipped to possibly play the role of Kelly, then 33, include Gwyneth Paltrow, Charlize Theron, Cate Blanchett, Diane Kruger, Carey Mulligan, January Jones and Blake Lively.

Grace Kelly retired from Hollywood in 1956 after she married Prince Rainer. They had three children, Albert, Caroline, and Stephanie. The princess suffered a stroke while driving and had a fatal accident while driving on the twisty streets of Monaco in 1982. Her daughter Stephanie who was with her then survived the crash.
