On Wednesday night 33-year old singer Jamelia come up in the third outing, challenging broadcaster Emma Freud, theatre artists Michael Ball and Queen Vic herself, Olympic cycling champion Victoria Pendleton. She is best known for hit singles "Superstar" and "Thank You."
"I'm a huge fan of the show so I jumped at the chance to take part," said Jamelia.
"I have to be honest I thought it was going to be a walk in the park for me because I'm a competent and confident baker. But having to do it in front of Paul and Mary was a whole new ball game. It was very, very nerve wracking," added the "Superstar" singer.
In the show, Jamelia prepares a traybake, a doughnut, and her go-getting showstopper (an extraordinary layer cake, representing sporting heroes).
"I make a cake every week at home and they're always perfect, But then I made my first mistake on national TV!" admitted the singer.
The presenters of the show include: Sue Perkins, Ed Byrne, Omid Djalili and ex- Bake Off contestant Jo Brand as each episode of the challenge is hosted by a different anchor taking turns.
"It was made sweeter by the fact that I didn't have to do any baking myself, I was disappointed none of the celebrities cried, particularly Jason, and I conscientiously tasted absolutely everything!" stated Jo Brand.
So tune in to BBC2 at 8:30 p.m.and watch "The Great Sport Relief Bake Off" - Monday - Thursday.
