Shane started to be a cause of concern for Cristina after she noticed his over-the-edge behavior in the press conference about her latest miracle-baby Nathan's surgery. A confrontation took place between the two former best friends while they were dressing up as bridesmaids for April Kepner's and Matthew Taylor's wedding while inside the same room.
