Grey Sloan Hospital is a whirlwind of emotions in the wake of new policy where doctors and interns have to deal with the frustration caused by it. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 15 "Throwing it All Away" will bring more trouble for longtime couple Callie and Arizona. In its last aired episode, viewers saw them gelling well and starting afresh as they move to new house. Synopsis of the upcoming episode hint that the couple might hit the rocky road once again as a new case reopens Arizona's old wounds. According to the synopsis, her bad day becomes worse when she has to counsel on Callie's new case which may involve double amputation of legs. Furthermore, as suggested by recently released promo video from the upcoming episode, Leah may become a cause of another explosive argument between the two. In the sneak peek one can see that at one point Callie tells Arizona, "Now I have to deal with your jealous ex girlfriend? I swear to god I can't take any more of this!"

Another longtime couple will be facing relationship problems. Chances of Derek getting through interview for President's brain mapping project seem good. This may upset Meredith even further. But Derek is not only breaking Meredith's heart he will also "go back on a promise to Callie." But what could it be?

As for Jo and Stephanie, they will be finding a baby in a box near the dump yard, the new hangout zone of interns. In an interview with TVLine, Camila Luddington teased that the baby will bring new difficulties and emotional challenges for Jo who has "abandonment issues."

Meanwhile, doctors of Grey Sloan hospital will also be dealing with consequences of non-fraternization policy. There is a meeting lined up with the Human Resources department and it is suggested that one of the doctors gets suspended. Could it be Alex or Jackson facing the suspension owing to their controversial hookup with their girlfriends Jo and April?

Other high points of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 15 "Throwing it All Away," include a challenging medical case as the patient wants his kidney back that he once donated. And Stephanie might have broken Arizona's prosthetic leg after she accidentally bumps into Arizona with stretcher.
