Couples in Grey Sloan Memorial hospital are going through difficult phase in the wake of latest non-fraternization policy. It is the day of Richard's birthday and a day full of exciting medical cases. According to the synopsis, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) offers Richard to scrub in with her on "case of a lifetime." While, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) recruits a research assistant to assist her on her "portal vein project," Christina seeks Shane's help to screen few candidates for her latest clinical trial where he comes across a young girl who is expecting and needs his help.

Also, fans can expect some bangs and blow ups in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 10 Episode 16 "We Gotta Get Out of This Place." Callie is vindictive and she is determined to put up a fight with Derek for leaving her out on the project she has enthusiastically chipped in for. She may even consider taking legal help.
