Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw), Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) are in the centre of Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 18. They catch a possibly deadly virus and things do not look good.

Arizona gets spit on by the possible Patient Zero. Newlywed Jackson gets the virus. His condition terrifies his wife April (Sarah Drew). Derek says he does not get sick and shuns Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) away. The virus quickly destroys his system, though. Who else is ill in Grey's Anatomy Season 10, Episode 18?

In Grey's Anatomy 10x16, all the married Grey's couples were in a good place. Even Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) and Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) were doing fine. Now Grey's creator Shonda Rhimes and the writers shake things up yet again.

A week after a Yang-centric episode, the focus is spread across several core characters again. Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) has to set aside her questions. It looks like the virus will only gravely affect male patients.

Arizona does not fall unconscious in the Grey's Anatomy 10x18 promo video, but Derek and Jackson do. Will anything bad happen to Karev and the others, too?

Meanwhile, Ellen Pompeo on Instagram cheered the return of Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke. Her insta hashtag, #itsallgoodinthehood has a positive vibe to it. However, many Grey's Anatomy fans do not like the idea at all. And Washington shows them he definitely does not like them, too.

One fan turned to Shonda Rhimes when she tried to pacify the fans. Twitter user Lauren posted, "(C)an you see the insulting tweets that Isaiah is saying? He's being horrible to greys fans just hope you know that." See Rhimes' response on her Twitter page.

Preston Burke is likely to show up in the Grey's Anatomy Season 10 finale. Some fans are speculating that Cristina Yang might fall ill and need a heart surgeon. Will Shonda Rhimes kill off Yang?
